I love waterfowl nothing gets them down. We still have snow and cold, but the birds don’t give a hoot. Enjoy the weekly walk with nature. A lot more mallards came home this week. (click to enlarge any picture). Last night I decided I needed some color mixed in with all the gray sky and water so I went to take sunset pictures at the lake. I haven’t done this is months. Now I remember why. One parking lot there was too much snow to get in — another the mud was too deep — I love March. It was cold and windy and the sunset was like the fireworks that fizzles. Maybe the soft hues of pink were to mellow out the sharp cutting wind off the lake. I hope you get to view these in a warm snuggly place. Peace.
