On the sunny days the birds were quite busy. I saw a pileated woodpecker, nuthatches, chickadees and turkeys that I failed to be fast enough to photograph. The bald eagle and lone snow goose patiently held still for me but it was raining and they were far away so they came out a bit grainy. I know those who have MCS and other illnesses may not have left your homes this week — so I hope the walk in the rain and a few glimpses of sun bring a bit of joy. For the avid photographers, I’m hoping for some sun and that the waterfowl will still be there when I go back (and joy for you too). (click to enlarge).
